oh snap.

Things have been sailing along in our neck of the woods {leaving an unfortunate lack of blogging time}. We have a cold/flu in our house that is going around and around despite our efforts to kick it. I think the combined day care/ year 1 teacher scenario is a big piece to blame. Grotty. Snotty. Busy. Our family adjectives for the month of June.

Around our place this June.

1. Piper won a lovely Donna Wilson cat from Jonah and the Girl. Can't wait to get her a peachy pair of springtime kicks.

2. A bird to keep little p company.

3. & 4. The last high chair stand. Big girl = big chair. Sigh.

5. Mama's medicine for snotty grotty.

6. Breakfast. Biodynamic woodfired bread with marinated artichoke hearts and sweet pickles.

7. Sill succulents.

8. Rescued swallows. The man I bought these from was given them by his mother who was given them by her grandfather when he came to Australia from England many many moons ago. 

9. Winter warmth. A basket of throws for guests who get chills.

We also have a little secret, soon to be shared, can you guess?
