baby potatoes spiked with a fork and then boiled with a handful of pepper corns, a few bay leaves and some olive oil. tossed with organic butter, salt and pepper. free range poached eggs. avocado and truss tomatoes.

our minute noodles: 1/2 tsp vegemite, 1 tsp butter, cook a 1/2 cup soup pasta, drain and toss, drizzle with grated cheese. serve with frozen corn and peas and leftover boiled potatoes (tomato sauce optional).

pesto pasta (quick due to pesto being pre-made and in ice cube trays), frozen corn and peas, 1/2 a vegemite scroll.
