am inspired (and unable to come up with a great idea of my own) so here is piper's palate.

organic green apple slices and dried cranberries.
sweet corn, carrots, hummus on rye ryvilta, organic soba noodles with peanut satay sauce.
red grape halves, yogurt and granola.
quorn (veggie) taco meat, cheese, tomato, avocado, cucumber and a quail egg.
muesli with almond milk and puffed quinoa.
homemade broccoli and cheese soup with sourdough crusty bread.
wholemeal pasta and olive oil with feta and peas.
